“Question Driven Design” (QDD) is a decision making process that applies the natural logic of asking questions to complex problems. This is the basis of my design process and the foundation in which I initiate the design process. This toolkit is a summary of steps on how to use QDD for research gathering, working facilitation, and synthesis of information. Asking throughout the process, “What question does this [feature] [data] [element] answer?” helps guide priorities for what must be included.
