Project Overview
Issue: States across the nation have a variety of health and human service programs with little transparency into the program specifics and the aggregated impact for the citizens or the states.
Impact: State Secretaries of Health and Human Services are now able to have insight into their programs’ performance and financials. The investment work lead to project work at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Human Services as well as subsequent projects are other state governments.

Design Synthesis
The research phase of this project consisted of multiple meeting with the State to understand the intricacies of managing health programs.
Wireframes Round 1
The first iterations of the wireframes were created a week after the first synthesis session.
Prototype
We iterated with the team to make sure the content was appropriate for the different levels of review (Secretary of Health and Human Services for the state all the way down to program analysts.) Additionally, we iterated through the designs to make sure the new data insights were achievable through the backend system infrastructure.
